The Objective was to create an efficient, delightful way to increase the conversion rate for their shopping concierge service.
As the UX/UI Designer for this project I focused on interpreting data gathered from contextual inquiries, usability tests from the existing website, usability testing from competitor’s websites, and and extended user journey study to create a practical and delightful way to sign-up for the platform. I created hi fidelity prototypes on Sketch with multiple iterations and user tests using Invision.
Restructure ShopBolt’s landing page content to encourage new user signups, we conducted users tests and developed a flow from shopping survey, style profile, and new user signup to increase conversion. I reconciled what was needed with an e-commerce site that uses modern design best practices. Added multiple navigation options into the information architecture to make it intuitive for all user ages, and encouraged the sharing of personal stories through a powerful social section that uses hash-tagging to incentivize customers to engage with the community and to try ShopBolt’s services
